"It was ok for one night."

"The people are extremely pleasant and happy to assist with any enquiry. You need to follow the check in process but once you get the hotel it’s the staff make everything super easy. Great location! Close to shops and sites. We parked our car and walked everywhere. We had breakfast included and definitely recommend it. We hope to return to Thessaloniki and stay again."

"The location was convenient for the purpose I was in Thessaloniki for. From the outside it looks a bit outdated as a building but the Eria Suites are only a floor of the building and that floor is very well maintained. The staff are excellent. Nothing short of perfect communication and easy to follow check in instructions."

"Flatly said - sea view only from the balcony. Noisy appartment with some strange features like movement detectors in all rooms - with green LEDs - for what ? Overnight a periodic technical noise in the bedroom of unknown reason. Bad sleep and a cheat on the sea view. Will never book with pillow by the sea again."

"Mielestäni hotelli oli helppo löytää. Lähellä keskustaa. Check In tiedot tuli tosiaan vasta 15 eikä minullulle vastattu viesteihin enne sitä. Oman hotellihuoneen oven takan oli numerokoodillinen laatikko jonka takan avain oli. Talo missä huoneistot on sitä remontoidaan. Sisään päästyäni tarkastin huoneen. Ikkunat olivat likaisia, sängyn alla pölyä, sohva kulahtanut, verho likainen eikä olohuoneessa peittänyt koko ikkunaa. Kylpyhuoneesta löyty homeelta vaikuttavaa kasvua. Vessapaperi rullia oli...
