"The staff were very accommodating and friendly but the first night we were put in a room that was destroyed by previous tenants. The smell was unacceptable and I wouldn’t have put anyone in that room. Also, the a/c in that room wasn’t working properly and we found several items left behind and not clean. The staff moved us to a much better room in the morning for our second day. Breakfast was really good and the pool and hot tub were both very well maintained."

"I plan to stay again soon as we will be back to visit family. It is centrally located near the highway which is helpful. The staff were so friendly. There were a lot of families present. The pool and breakfast area looked very nice. The hotel hallways and stairwells were not very clean and looked shabby but when I got into my room, it was extremely clean and well maintained. The bed was very comfy, AC and TV, Fridge worked well. My sheets were a little stained but clean and smelled fresh. ...

"I picked this hotel based on having a pool and a hot tub. Overall, it is a nice conference hotel. Stay was only OK for me because the hot tub needed repair (bubbler not working) but we could still use it but the water was only a bit hotter than lukewarm. They unexpectedly closed he pool area for an hour in order to make repairs to the hot tub but it made not difference. It is the little things that matter. Dylan was particularly helpful at check-in"

Put senior citizens in a room farthest away from elevator, pool, and exercise room. The channel list for TV posted in room only included approximately one third of those available. Trash vehicle pickup at 4:15AM right outside our window. Dressers and nightstands were filthy (items left from previous occupants as well...
