"I had a pool side room which is very big - modern and clean. The pool doesn’t have house so people are in the pool past midnight sometimes. The toilet in the room has no door - bear in mind if travelling with someone. The cleaning staff, maintenance and front desk are lovely and willing to help. I didn’t use any of the amenities or restaurants. Hotel is a good base to get to Patong & Kamala without the crowds. "

There was only one restaurant on the property with a limited selection of meals, and there was a substantial charge for room service. The staff were not all bilingual and it was hard to communicate.
