"The worst mercure chain in Indonesia. I’m a bss traveler and I stayed in many mercure hotels all over. Day 1 : checked in at 7 pm and had to wait for 45 mins for my room. Inside it smells weird but too tired to complain Day 2 : found 1 roach in the cupboard the room smells terrible Day 3 : found another mini roach inside the bathroom Day 4 : checked out ASAP I would change hotels if I have the time. I was just too tired and couldn’t argue that’s why I stayed. Seriously not recommended "

"Arrived 1130 Receptionist told the room is not ready so need to wait and she will i form me At 1230 i think she go to lunch without inform colleague Wait until 1330... i ask counter and they do not know i am waiting.. The room is ready ealier.. Order room service wait for one hours.. food is so so only... "

"Room was comfortable, view of the ocean nice. Shower good. Food was good, except in the morning, the breakfast buffet was not ready at 6 am, no warm food."
