"I recently stayed at Eros Hotel New Delhi Nehru Place for three nights and four days, and once again, it was a really great experience. This was actually my second stay here, and it has pretty much become my go-to place whenever I’m in Delhi. What really stands out is the staff — right from the concierge to the reception and housekeeping, everyone is genuinely warm, helpful, and always ready to assist. It makes a big difference when you feel welcomed throughout your stay. The ambience is pleasant and comfortable, and the amenities are quite good for the price point. Everything feels well-maintained and taken care of. Overall, I’ve had consistently good experiences here, which is why I keep coming back. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Delhi."

"From checkin to check out it was chaotic. The overnight guy checked in was irritated that I came at 5 am to check in even though I told them that I am flying internationally and my flight lands at 2 am. So I will checkin around 5 am. As soon as I went inside the room, it was dirty, sheets not changed and very bad smell in the room. Poor guard helped me to change the sheets even though it’s not his job. The staff member were really disrespectful towards the poor security guard. The way they talked to them was so rude. I extended my stay by one more night as I came back from wedding early in the morning and I wanted to sleep. I informed front desk guy and made reservation inform of him from Expedia. I went back to my room to sleep but every hour, someone kept knocking my door asking me to check out. Even in the evening around 7 pm they knocked again and said to come to front desk to make payment even though the payment was already made through Expedia. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. The cleanliness is terrible and so very unpleasant experience. "

"The hotel on its own was Decent, unfortunately, the linen didn't look hygienic. The amenities in in the room for basic. it is conveniently located. It is a budget. Hotel specifically if Location is not the key, I would not recommend."

"I can copy and paste picture. Right in front of the room. All cleaning stuff was kept. Staff talking loudly even in the late night. Could not open bathroom as it was getting locked. They had keys to open every time. I will say not even they deserve one star "
