No lights for first two flights of stairs then censers on the rest that turned off immediately leaving you in the dark fumbling with keys and luggage. "This was a great place to stay. My room was clean and modern and I had a view of the mosque from my enclosed balcony. If you are arriving by bus, it is a two minute walk on a paved sidewalk to get to the hotel. The lake is a five minute walk where there are all kinds of shops and dining options. There are a couple of small markets on the walk back to the hotel from the lake. The only downsides were there was no fridge in the room and no AC. Other than that, I would definitely stay here again."

"We stayed one night at the Grand 464 Otel. Everything was perfect, I wish we could have stayed longer. The room was spotlessly clean with a small kitchen space and seating area. The bathroom was spacious with an excellent shower. We were welcomed with Turkish tea on arrival. The hotel staff were very friendly, welcoming and efficient. Yasmin helped us to book a trip to Batumi for the next day. The breakfast was superb, lots of choice. Thank you for a lovely stay."
