"Very clean rooms, staff were incredibly kind helpful, courteous and happy daily throughout the stay, balcony, collects a lot of dust from.outside including an unexpected gigantic Asian hornet, managed to get it out and away. Slight issue with the Junior Suite bathroom sliding door, was missing the door frame.plate, did report it was partially actioned.
