"Upon arrival, we were unexpectedly required to pay a €70 tourist tax. We had already paid for our stay before arrival and were told we could not check in unless we paid the additional €70. This was very unexpected and disappointing. There were also many insects in our room, which we understand can be common during the summer, but it still made our stay unpleasant. In addition, there was mold in the bathroom. On a positive note, the staff were very helpful and friendly, and the breakfast buffet...

"Zimmer sehr sauber und geräumig. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und hat eine riesige Auswahl. Das Hotelgelände ist toll und hat einen wunderschönen Pool. Die Restaurants und Bars sind auch alle sehr gut. Wir hatten nichts auszusetzen und werden wieder kommen. Definitiv das beste Hotel auf Rhodos, in dem wir bisher waren."

"This massive property is well located, close to Rhodes Town (about 10-15 minute drive). dit has serval pools, outsider and also inside, as well as several restaurants, bars and entertaining areas. Our room was very comfortable, modern, clean and large, we had a royal suite with private pool. The staff is very nice and helpful, the food in the main restaurant is good, although not very varied.
