"Beautiful hotel, staff cannot do enough for you and are all super friendly. Shuttle bus runs all day to the beach bar and restaurant that is included in the all inclusive. Spa treatment was amazing, Dimitri was wonderful. Food was good, we didn't tire of the buffet and never needed to eat anywhere else. I would book directly next time as the only issues we had were with Expedia not the hotel. "

"Overall we had a nice stay. Staff is great and everyone is very friendly while it doesn‘t feel „artificially friendly“. Room, bed and terrace with pool felt cozy and fulfilled every need (2 adults kid). It‘s a great home base for excursions. However some thing should definitely be improved, considering price for the stay and especially the all inclusive package. (Main restaurant staff repeatedly forgetting things; sprinklers flooding the terrace causing drying clothes to get soaked; mini bar...
