"Check-in was fast and the staff was friendly. The room was spacious and clean. However, the tempurature in the room was too warm and I wasn't able to get the AC working so I had to leave a window slightly open to cool down. This might be because the hotel is in the mountains, so there was a big difference in outdoor and indoor tempurature that I didn't adjust to. "Amazing location, scenery and views! The area around the hotel is beautiful, and so many things to see within easy walking and driving distance. The on-site Onsens were also great! Parts of the property are getting old and worn, but otherwise clean and well kept. The included buffet breakfasts and dinners were an unexpected bonus!"
