"Beautiful hotel off the beaten path but not too far from town. Loved the private feeling from taking a boat ride from the very nice private pier to the hotel. "Breakfast is not fresh but staff is OK Electrical outlet does not fit properly with 3-prong plug at all outlets in room. Never have any issues with any outlet at other Cambodia Hotel. This is the first 2-plong plug is OK but hard to plug in. Do not understand why. Property is basically new. Only electrical outlet issues."

À part ceci, le wifi ne marche pas et nous redirige vers un portail sur lequel on ne peut pas se connecter.
Le lit de la 1ere chambre était cassé.
Les poubelles des précédents invités n’étaient pas vidés et le bidon d’eau était vide à notre arrivé.
Prestation pas à la hauteur de l’attente pour le tarif.
Afin de tenir la promesse, il faudrait être plus minutieux sur les details"

"The hotel is in a great location. The rooms are a bit outdated, mold stains on the wall and there were way too many bugs in there- I think they came in through the space underneath the balcony door. The staff were helpful with arranging transport for us and the breakfast was great. "
