"We had a great stay here as a family. Location and facilities are ideal.
A special mention needs to go Wan who was in charge of the pool and pool Bar. He was such a genuine helpful happy person and made some great drinks. He gave us some ideas and local places to try which were brilliant. Thanks Wan."
"Excellent location fronting the river; walking distance to tourist sights & eateries. Service staff provide Excellent service. The downside of the hotel is its age,as well as its poor upkeep. Only 1 out of the 4 power outlets works. The bathroom feels uncleaned because of moldy grouting."
"Everything was good but housekeeping needs improvement. Second day 19/12 house keeper didn’t replace face towels and tea. Then on 20/12 we left the room at about 1130 am. Came back at about 3 pm room was not cleaned. Had to wait in lobby to wait for it to be clean "
"Hotel's ground floor is nice, simple & with the unique lift.
However, there's ants on the walls, not sure why. Stayed for one night.
- Location is great as it's near the famous Night Market & a supermarket next door.
- A nice cosy coffee shop nearby.
