"Ascott stays never disappoints!! This was the most comfortable stay during my 5 week holiday traveling between China and Malaysia. Bedrooms were tidy and clean. The kitchen was fully equipped with utensils and appliances. It really made me feel like I was at home. Front desk service was courteous, welcoming and professional. "Hotelzimmer war sehr sehr schön sehr sauber, sehr großes Zimmer Pool aus obersten Stockwerk ein bisschen klein und war schade war das muss ich den Pool im sechsten Stock mit noch zu anderen Hotels teilen muss und es sehr wenige liegen gibt. Dieses Hotel würde ich auf jeden Fall jedem weiterempfehlen eine sehr, sehr gute Lage sehr sauber sehr schönes Zimmer sehr nettes Personal und sehr guter Service fünf Sterne für das Hotel. "

"Lovely property with wonderful staff. Right from the time we checked in to the time we checked out, we were treated as valued guests. The staff greeted us at every opportunity and asked if we needed anything every time we saw someone. Justine who took care of us in the restaurant was just amazing.
