"There is no airport shuttle at the hotel, breakfast at KLCC is bad. Shangri-la golden sand is a lots of children very noisy and musilum prayer very loud early 5 am and thru out the day."

"Just going into off season so there was some light construction work happening around the pool area. Didn’t make any difference to our stay as it was totally relaxing and the staff couldn’t do enough to help you. Would totally recommend staying there"

"Booked for family of 5, 2 rooms, lovely and spacious. But surprisingly there was not an extra bed just a sofa and extra sheets not extra quilt! But room clean and comfortable.
