"The room 132 the beds were okay but the bathroom was very outdated. The tub had rust in the tub. The lighting which was horrible and the exhaust sounds the whole time and the socket both sockets in the bathroom. Neither one worked so if you plan on getting there and taking a nice bath or in the bathroom, don't plan on it. I told this to the lady at the front desk when I was leaving and she said oh did you have 132 and I said yes and she said I used to clean the rooms. I know exactly what you mean about the fan so it's not like they don't know about it. They know about it and they don't do anything about it. Not a good way to run a business"

"My second time there. This room was not as clean and my sheets had cigarette burns in it in a non smoking room. Hallway smelled of smoke constantly and poor breakfast girl was left to serve and cook alone leaving us with limited choices. We wanted waffles and she didn’t have time to make more mix. Poor girl was sweating running her butt off. Front desk gal could have helped. She wasn’t busy at all, sitting on her phone."

"We arrived about 10:15 in the evening. Room we booked was not available (2 queens) and got one king instead, ok fine, no biggie. Tv was inoperable….there was a sign to instruct how to watch the live TV but the antenna cable was disconnected and the plug connection on back of TV appeared to be broken so you could not screw the antenna back in. No apps worked and the live TV did not work. Room was close to the stairs so that was nice, easy in and out."

"Very neat and clean hotel. Staff was very helpful when we needed some extra towels. We had a handicap room (I booked ahead and chose the wrong room) and the roll-in shower was easy to use, but the water went outside of the shower curtain due to a design flaw. We just put down extra towels and it was fine. Very comfy bed!"
