"Great stay for the price , excellent breakfast, staff are lovely and very helpful. Pool area looking a bit tired , in need of a refurbishment, but the actual pool was great"

"This was one of the best hotels we have stayed in! The facility was modern, with clean and excellent craftsmanship in lobby and all rooms! All the spaces were immaculate and beautifully furnished. The breakfast buffet was of excellent taste and variety. The Cassava restaurant had traditional Kerala cuisine which was delicious. Most importantly all the staff were friendly, courteous and professional; always ready to help! Will highly recommend this hotel to anyone!"

"Such a great experience and my parents stayed over there. Good hotel and especially hospitality is great . Such a professional staff. I highly recommend. Thanks team for taking care of my aged parents ."

"We stayed at the West Island wing of the property. While the rooms and setting are beautiful, be aware that the restaurants attached to the West Island rooms do not have a liquor license. If you want a beer, wine, or cocktail with dinner, you have to take the shuttle boat across the backwaters to the main property on the East side. It is a noticeable inconvenience for a 5-star resort, but otherwise a pleasant stay. Would easily rate this 5 stars if not for that daily inconvenience."

"The room was very clean but it was very humid inside the room."

"I stay here every time I'm in town once a year. It's a cute, modern place at a very reasonable price. The staff is helpful, rooms are clean, and food is pretty good. It offers a really cool view down on the city with an excellent location for a city stay."

"Highly recommended for a villa stay, especially for a group of 7 people! The villa is spacious, comfortable, and perfect for a family getaway. The complimentary food at the Grand Club Happy Hour was superb, and the breakfast at Malabar Restaurant was excellent. The pool access, along with various indoor and outdoor activities, made our stay even more enjoyable. The kids and the entire family had a wonderful time, creating lots of happy and unforgettable memories. Overall, it was a fantastic...

"Very clean and good rooms"

"Overall a very well maintained and clean hotel. We ordered the room service chicken tikka pizza...wow excellent! The breakfast was tasty, I appreciated that the hotel rang us to remind us about the free breakfast. My one complaint is that the the hotel staff reminded us three time there would be a few if we created any stain on the sheets. No issue about the requirement just don't mention it three times during check in, we are the customers after all. Overall great place will stay again."

"The property is located in a serene village with lake view. Nice covered walkways to the rooms and cottages. Lobby is nice, bit away from the rooms. Nicely landscaped surroundings. Good food options available for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Staff was courteous. My originally given room had some moldy smell and they exchanged it. Rooms are clean with nice bathrooms, AC and comfortable bed. Limited chargeable snack items and beverages were stocked. Has spa and activities room which I didn't...

"Our room was beautiful, modern and well maintained. We especially loved the bathroom layout. The honeymoon cake and bed decorations were such thoughtful touches! The staff were warm, attentive, and accommodating, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. Special thanks to Renjini, Abhijit, Ranbir, and Ajit for their wonderful hospitality!"
