"Good shower, comfortable beds, appreciated the water in the room. Only negative was that room was not well set up for storing or unpacking bags with ease. Location was central and staff very polite and helpful."

"Beautiful property we had the 2 queen bed room"

"What a treat it was to stay in this beautiful hotel! Our room was just beautiful and quite large with a floor to ceiling window looking into the lovely, peaceful courtyard garden. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was huge and the amenities were the best of all the places we stayed at on our trip to Japan! But nothing beats their breakfast spread each morning! My goodness! "Heel goed hotel"

"Good place to stay. Really close to the station."

"Goed gelegen en verzorgd hotel"

"Very central hotel, clean space, and very friendly staff! Across from omicho market and 15ish min walk to all the train station and tourist sites! Close to bus station as well."

"What is good about the hotel: location - able to walk to most touristic attractions or a very short taxi ride, very clean, the public bath was spotless, the staff do almost anything to make your stay more pleasant, the room small and yet very comfortable and quiet. Overall, a great experience. I did not try the breakfast."

"A lovely place to stay in Kanazawa. Comfortable and quiet with lovely staff. The only issue we had was communication on breakfast booking. We stayed for 3 nights but as hadn't pre booked could not have breakfast - even though we tried with the night before and 2 days in advance."
