"Nos alojamos en ese hotel por la cercanía al centro arqueológico de Chichén Itzá pero los artesanos hicieron un piquete y no nos dejaron entrar, siendo que viajamos para ver el monumento y no pudimos nos fuimos temprano a Mérida. El hotel en consecuencia de este hecho estaba vacío, solo nosotros y una chica uruguaya. Con respecto al hotel quedó muy antiguo, necesita una lavada de cara, modernizar en general en todos los espacios, está mantenido,pero igual que hace 20 años, lo más lindo el lugar donde está la selva por lo cual se escuchan muchos aves cantando, muy bien cuidado el jardín, buen estacionamiento."

The restaurant is fantastic with plenty of local Mayan dishes both for meat eaters and vegetarians and vegans. The rooms are very comfortable with lots of traditional Spanish colonial accents. Lastly, the hotel staff is superb..very polite welcoming and helpful! Best hotel I have stayed at. Super relaxing rejuvenating stay. "

"The rooms were clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were big. We loved sitting by the outdoor pool, listening to the birds and swimming. We felt like we were in an oasis. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel is also very close to Chichen Itza. It has secure parking on site."

"The room was big , and very basic but for what we wanted, it was okay. It’s not far to walk to the main road where there are restaurants. We were able to park the car behind the gates two of the three nights that we were there , which helped. "
