"The hotel and sfaff at hotel was great. The breakfast was so delicious! The only complaint at all is I think there ought to be some type of shuttle to take you over to the Ark Encounter ticketing. I generally don’t mind walking but we had to walk across the Ark Encounter parking lot which I thought could be a safety issue. And one of our party was handicapped on crutches. "

"We had a problem with some very noisy neighbors, no fault of the hotel, and Sierra helped us move rooms without an issue. She was so kind, understanding and got us moved within moments. New room was just as nice and very quiet! Very good breakfast included in stay, a lot of variety. Fresh biscuits, gravy, sausage patties, sausage links, waffles, cereal, drinks and decent coffee! Would definitely recommend this hotel. Very clean and convenient area. "
"Property was clean, updated and comfortable. My only complaints are the bed was harder than I would've liked and the daytime receptionist was very unfriendly. The evening staff was great and even sent texts to make sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was great. I have a lot of food allergies and they provided several alternatives that most hotels don't. I will absolutely stay here when we visit again."
"This was the perfect place for a weekend getaway. Lots of space to spread out. The owners take pride in this place and definitely pay attention to detail. The extra things that they did ahead of time to prepare for our stay made us feel so welcome. It was like finding little treasures everywhere we went. Would highly recommend!
