"This IHG is doing afforable beautifully. The staff is remarkable - friendly, professional, and helpful above and beyond. Our king room with dining area was GIANT and had a ton of outlets and places to store things. It was very clean and the bed was comfy. And free breakfast to boot??Would absolutely stay again - it's a fantastic deal! "

"I was impressed immediately when I walked through the front door. A man was mopping the front desk area and it smelled so clean! Everyone was friendly and efficient. Even before I arrived, the manager had contacted me through text. I was able to explain my situation (major water leak at home requiring complete replacement of ALL the pipes) and state that I wasn’t sure how many nights I’d need. Management agreed to work with me. In addition, my 88 yo mother was with me and needed accessible...

"Well, for some reason, it wouldn’t take my credit card at the desk, although I had used it all day… The pool was broken which I was looking forward to so we had to go to the pool next-door in freezing weather and the refrigerator in my room was shut off, so it wasn’t cold. It wasn’t ready to be used and they had shut it off because when it came on, it vibrated so loudly that it woke you up and for me it’s a little attention to detail."

"Miss booked for the wrong week, via app and showed up a week early. Books on site still stayed, for the same days. Management was supper hard next to impossible to get too. Expedia was willing to refund but hotel never answered to issie a refund"

"The hotel itself was goid and tge staff was friendly. The sound carry from room to room was terrible. You could hear everything from surrounding rooms. "

"We had just a one night stay in a suite with our 3 cats and son. It was a nice room with plenty of space and facilities. Breakfast was pretty good too. Staff were welcoming. "

"The Hampton Inn is in great shape, and the staff is wonderful. They don't have a lot for printing/business center, but at least you're able to print black and white and they don't charge. The room was comfortable, clean, and well supplied. We will be back!"

"No breakfast included, 15 dollar a day for pay for parking, inconvenient bar hours and restrooms are not so kid friendly. Overall good hotel "

"The property was cleaned, but the elevators did not work correctly so they had one elevator working for eight floors and a lot of people so the weights were very very long. The pool was not working and they did not mention that until after we booked in and that was our main reason for staying there so we are very disappointed in the hot tub was out of order, and again this was not mentioned till after the fact "
