"The breakfast was served and finished early then the time they had on the sign. I asked the front desk to send room service to clean and change the bed sheets and gave them the room number it was at 8:30 AM then left the hotel and came back at 7 pm saw the same guy at the front desk and before heading to my room I asked him if they are done cleaning the room he said yes they did finish cleaning and everything should be good now then went to my room when I walked inside they literally didn’t send anyone to the room and I walk back to the front desk and asked him why no one showed up he was like I don’t know and he start saying stuff that doesn’t make sense like what time you left and was the room locked and I’m like how will it be locked and I can walk inside then and open the door fine and then he said I only can give you one towel for now.."
