"Lovely hotel, with a modern warm aesthetic vibe and great location. Staff were very welcoming, accommodating and helpful. Breakfast had great variety along with quality and nice restaurant and bakery facilities. Very pleased with experience."

"The hotel is very tired. The carpets in the room were stained as were the chairs. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was lovely. Was glad we only had 1 night there due to our flight cancellation the day before."

"The recently renovated hotel rooms were a great improvement from my stay 2 years prior. Great service. The staff was accommodating in changing our room immediately due to the unpleasant odor in our 1st room. The amenities were great with minor flaws to the laundry facility & small gym. Overall a great location & hotel for future repeat stay."

"Great place to relax and explore Tokyo. Low key neighbour close to famous areas of the city."

"good shuttle service to the airport. Great breakfast. Recommend taking local train to Narita city to see the temple and an old city Street."

"いつ泊まっても最高です！ 立地 静かさ 清潔さ 値段 全てが完璧"

"Godzilla therlme was awesome! Location was great. Room was REALLY small but we survived."

"便利でとても綺麗なホテル ハード面はほぼ完璧だと思いますが、人数も多いせいかスタッフの差が非常に激しい。どの部署においても言える感じだった。外国人の方が親切に働く姿が多かったのが印象的"

"Beautiful property"

"Room is nice and clean. Very close to the station and restaurants. Good location and provide airport shuttle bus service. I will definitely come back and stay there again."

"The front desk team is super helpful and friendly, and they speak great English. The rooms are very clean and a bit more spacious than what you’d expect in a typical Japanese hotel—they even have a microwave, a mini kitchen, and a separate bathroom and toilet. You’re close to lots of restaurants, shops, and convenience stores, and Okubo Station is just a few minutes away. We’d definitely stay here again!"
