"Very poor and expensive food at their restaurants. It was horrible and they do not know how to prepare local food including veg and non veg. We had to find other restaurants in the area for lunch and dinner. They need to get some good cooks/chef from Kerala if they want to provide good service to their customers"

"I had booked for a single room for 2 adults - me and my wife and for one kid - my 8 year old daughter. I saw the rate - accommodation and buffet twice a day...on online and made the payment. While checking in at hotel, I was informed that the room is booked only for 2 adults and had to pay 2k as meal charges for my daughter."

"We went for this place to enjoy the beach, beach resort - this was a wellness spa and the beach is messed up with port construction- a massive part of the beach is gone. They need to make people aware of this, I would not recommend this as a beach resort - it is a wellness resort - the fact that it is on the beach is just - wrong advertising. "De locatie voor bezienswaardigheden is heel goed. Hotel is zeer gedateerd, oud en smerig. Hygiënisch is het ook heel slecht. In badkamer hing aanhoudend riolering lucht. Je moet vragen voor room cleaning. Geen waterkoker aanwezig, op verzoek werd er 1 gebracht, kamer was niet schoon. Op verzoek werd het wel schoon gemaakt. Heel mooie balkon met een prachtige uitzicht, maar vies tot en met. Ontbijt stelde niks voor heel karig. Wij gingen naar een andere restaurant voor onze dagelijkse ontbijt. "
