"This hotel was decent! Will, I believe his name was, at the front desk was amazing! Very kind and helpful! The food at the restaurant is good but a bit pricey for hotel food. Unfortunately the service from every other person wasn’t very great. Breakfast isn’t included and you pay $15 per person for the buffet. The bathroom/shower were a bit dirty but it just seemed like an over time thing. When my husband and I were leaving a cleaning lady brought her cart into the elevator and smashed me...

"Worst motel 6 I’ve ever stayed at. When I checked in I was given a key to my room. When I opened the door I could see that someone was clearly still using that room. How does that happen? If I could have found a different place to stay I would have left. Unfortunately this was my only option. Will NEVER stay there again. "

"Rooms are on second and third floors. No elevator.stairs are steep. Steps narrow. Upon our arrival at 3:45PM our room was supposedly ready. However dirty sheets and towels remained on the floor and no bath soap. Also noted a dirty towel hung on the back of the bathroom door. Outside building plant foundation areas full of weeds and debris. Hotel rooms have been rehabbed and the decor is great. Location is great.Property needs improved customer focused management "

"Check in staff was a nice lady. The room was nice, clean and spacious, the major issue was the door. It didn’t shut tight at all, we had to slam the door otherwise anyone from the hallway can just Push the door and come in the room. When my husband realized the door didn’t close properly from the outside of the door there was a house keeper who told him to “slam the door shut.” There were no extra trash bags either so I had to go ask the front desk twice.
