"The Arin resort is an OK resort, but it’s calling itself a 5 star resort and unfortunately it simply isn’t that. The location is great with great sunset views. That part is fantastic.
But language is definitely a barrier we found not many staff were able to speak English very well. It was hard to ask questions to the kitchen staff or even at reception.

"The server staff is really untrained, not helpful, not professional, they act resentful and aggressive towards customers. You wouldn’t expect this behaviour considering daily room prices are around the monthly minimum wage in turkey. Hilton should do a better job at managing, training, and choosing their staff. Only time staff was good at doing their job was when their managers were around. I would definitely not suggest it. Too bad that it is in a really good spot."
