"Staff were very helpful. When we told them that we had difficulties about transportation, they went out of their way to help us. They gave us a free ride to the Hierapolis North entrance. When we had a problem with our Havas airport transfer reservation, they rebooked it for us and kept their eyes until we got on the shuttle in the evening. "Not sure it’s still a 5 star hotel. Rooms are big, though they start showing some signs of aging. Breakfast is average, though the omelette service only starts halfway through it at around 8:30am. Facilities are not always in good order (steam room broken, hammam’s slab wasn’t hot, water leakages in the bathroom, etc), but overall facilities are somehow clean. Price is reasonable, this is a highlight."
"We really like and enjoyed our stay. Pools, spa, hammam, foods are all perfect. Staff was also nice and helpful. She gave us a room facing the pool when we checked-in. İt was a good experience and we’ll definitely come back at next time for longer stay because we couldn’t get enough of it. Time flew quickly from one activity to another."
"The hotel was amazing in the sense of the amenities, it was near the little tine high street, the swimming and hot thermal water was great. The best was your private thermal water in your own room! The staff were very helpful. They let us choose the room we wanted as the air con wasn’t getting cooler as quickly as we wished therefore they have proposed a couple with a better air con.
