"I was shown to my room, it looked like it had never been cleaned, at least 4 spiders in the bathroom at first glance, webs everywhere. Ants on the floor, in the bed, on the tables (where I was expected to eat). No soap or toiletries as stated on the website. "This is a great hotel, very well situated opposite Miramar beach and right between Miramar and Donna Paula. The staff were helpful and courteous, the room and facilities were immaculate. "The entire facility was just so pleasant and well maintained. The rooms were generous and clean. They were not over the top but very adequate. The staff was outstanding!
