"None of the amenities offered were available.
Rooms were far from the Expedia pictures .
Remotes had no batteries, towels looked old and raggedy, pick up service contracted never came, no food to purchase when arrived.
Only one young man at front was cordial. And to make matters worse, nobody spoke English.
No convenience stores cost by or anything.
Breakfast ñwas only two sad pieces of tomato 2 and cucumber with small slice of cheese and 1 cold cut on a plastic covered dish.
Nothing more, you...

"The hotel was nice but we were not impressed with the área it didn’t seem safe. The Shirley was not free under is half the price and the meal s were hugely expensive soup was 12-15 euros and main courses 20-27 euros and why they charge in euros in Turkey doesnt make sense and you loose again in exchange. The staff were great but didn’t make up for the rest of it"

"Asked for an extra key card to power the room while I'm out so I can charge my electronics. Reception staff was snarky and said they don't usually do this, then after some discussion he said he will do this as a special service. Been to over 60 countries at this point and it is the first time I encountered staff which refused to give me another key card
