"Wir waren von dem Hotel enttäuscht. Bei der Buchung wurde einem Vermittelt man wäre im Arka Medical Spa und erst nach Abschluss der Buchung war ersichtlich das dies nicht der Fall ist. Der Spa Bereich war nur gegen Aufpreis nutzbar. Das Zimmer hatte kein Bett wie angegeben, sondern ein mehr als durchgelegenes Ausziehsofa. "Gutes Apartment und modern eingerichtet. Wenn man etwas genauer hinschaut ist es einfach nicht sauber. Die Schlafcouch für die Kinder war total durchgelegen und eine sehr schmutzige Matratze. Glascontainer direkt neben dem Apartment ab 7 Uhr werden täglich Flaschen eingeworfen. Schlafen mit offenem Fenster ist daher nur bedingt möglich. Die Umgebung ist aber schön und das Bett für uns war auch alles okay. "
