"Modern, but tastefully designed for hotel. Convenient location (10 minutes from main entrance to Plitvice National Park). Quiet location.
Our family of four was on the top floor. Hotel room was very spacious with separate bedroom for parents and twin beds for our teenage children. Nice balcony. Perfect for our needs.
Hotel swimming pool area is also modern and nicely designed. We found the pool opening hours restrictive (i.e. cannot be used after 7PM - presumably because it would interfere with with the restaurant dining experience). We would liked to have been able to swimming in the evening. There were signs stating that you could not bring your own food and drinks to the pool area (however we had water bottles with us and no one stopped us). There was bar service so you can enjoy alcoholic and soft drinks by the pool).
Hotel has a tastefully designed restaurant. We did not eat there so cannot comment on the food.
Staff were very helpful. They have a large map of Plitvice NP on the wall and showed us the alternative trails so that we felt well prepared for our visit.
Overall a positive experience and we recommend this hotel."
