"I stayed in Heidelberg for 6 days and this is a perfect location in between tourist and local areas. Easy to access via tram/train/bus, and supermarkets and restaurants are all within walking distance. The room is in classic homey design, clean and well equipped with basic cooking equipment, also a floor fan is provided. The check-in instructions are very clear and easy, and I’m always greeted by friendly staff time to time."

Let's start with the good: Heidelberg is charming and BoardingWorld is well located, with main attractions within walking distance. The room felt fairly spacious and comfortable and the building had charm. We had a shared balcony overlooking a pleasant backyard. The wifi worked well, the room had a kitchenette, and parking on the street...

We repeatedly called and messaged the property via WhatsApp, but received no response. Even Expedia tried to contact the property for us. When someone finally answered, instead of apologising or helping calmly, he blamed me for not providing an exact arrival time and spoke to me in a very rude and confrontational...

"Nous avons séjourné à B5 avec ma femme et nos deux jeunes enfants pendant 3 jours. La résidence est exceptionnelle, les parties communes et notre appartement étaient plus beaux en vrai que sur les photos. L’arrivée autonome est très fluide, le personnel très chaleureux et disponible. Le parking sécurisé est un vrai plus. Nous sommes ravis et reviendrons certainement !"
