Though the room was a bit small, everything other than that was really good. The bathroom was clean and had enough space, the staff at the front desk was kind, the access to the marktplats was easy on foot and reasonable price to stay. Thank you very much.

Sehr gute Lage mit guter Verkehrsanbindung. Liegt leider direkt an einer Haupstrasse, so dass der Verkehr stören kann, wenn man empfindlich ist.

Ok für mich und 1 nacht. Klima funktioniert nicht. Bei der Dusche läuft Wasser nicht ab. 3-4min und das, Badezimmer steht Unterwasser. Ansonsten freundliches Personal.

Frühstück viel zu spät bereit, Zimmer super

Statt um 7 war das Frühstück erst gegen 8 Uhr bereit. Der Yoghurt war abgelaufen. Zimmer super. Fahrstuhl defekt. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich.

Der Herr am Empfang war neutral. Net sehr freundlich aber hat zumindest Hallo & Tschüss gesagt, jedoch auch nicht gefragt ob es einem gefallen hat. Das Zimmer war net sehr sauber (Haare auf dem Teppich, Spiegel, Türe & Klinge beschmiert, Bad wird grad in den Ecken net gut gereinigt, der Flur war aber schön sauber). Das Zimmer zur Straßenseite war schon sehr lau. Es gab eine Klimaanlage im Zimmer, das war sehr schön.

Angenehmes Designer-Hotel mit gutem Service

Nach einem sehr freundlichen Check-In wurde ich vom Interieur des Hotels überrascht. Es ist etwas Besonderes, ein mit vielen Kleinigkeiten wie Lichteffekten, Düften und interessanten Wandtexturen aufgewertetes, kleines Hotel. Parkmöglichkeit in der Tiefgarage und angemessenes Frühstück, beides zum kleinen Preis, runden das Bild ab. Die Lage ist hervorragend für den, der die City sucht - fußläufig 5 Minuten. Die Klimaanlage ist sehr leise, funktional und effektiv. Alles in Allem ein prima Aufenthalt in Karlsruhe.
