Nobody was there to check us in, the room wasn’t ready and they had the wrong reservation details (they said we didn’t book for an AC room with a washing machine when we did). 3 days after check in they called and said we had overstayed the reservation, when we still had another full day to go! "일하는 분들은 너무 좋았다 그렇지만 여자 매니져 두고간 짐을 마지막으로 확인 부탁을 하고 싶다고 했지만 무조건 되지 않는다고만 하고 해결할 의지가 보이지 않았다 참 모든 서비스 직원 들이 좋았지만 한사람이 숙소의 위상을 더럽히더라 좋은 숙소 그렇지만 채크아웃 하는순간 아무런 도움을 주지 않을려고 하는점이 큰 실망이다 대체 하루에 200달러짜리 숙소에서 확인도 안해주는거는 뭐람 다른 직원들은 친절하고 좋았습니다"
