"The location is good and we have stayed at this property several times when visiting Shreveport. Unfortunately, we will not be staying at this property anymore. The water pressure is terrible (like non-existence from the sink), the bed was uncomfortable, and the air conditioner was loud."

"The staff at the front desk was amazing. Me and my sisters stayed here for a wedding. Overall the property was ok but this is a truck stop motel. Me and my sisters was a little uncomfortable as you can still this where all the truckers stop to spend the night. Location of property is good you literally have everything around you from food to mall everything "

"I was ready to leave. The air conditioner didnt work. Our room stayed around 75 the whole night. I wet rags and put all over me. To top it off... the suite i booked for my family wasnt held. So my kids were down the hall from me. So on top of a hot miserable night i couldn't sleep due to worrying about my minor kids. I will never visit another one of these properties. "

"Let's start with the fact that their front door is kept locked 24/7'... . Bad area to say the least. Pretty lobby but Poorly maintained property. Grass high. I had one towel, one washcloth and a hand towel for a 4 person room and no kleenex. They proudly advertised their heated pool and hot tub and breakfast but the pool and hot tub were empty and has been for awhile by looks. No breakfast at all, no coffee, not even bottled water available. The sundry was completely empty and no vend...

"Mattresses were hard. Next to the freeway so you can hear everything. No hairdryer. But it was spacious, clean, easy to get to, great water pressure, and liked that they had a microwave and the fridge was extra cold!"
