Un "rafraichissement" global l'hôtel serait prévu en 2026 et permettrait de plus apprécier la qualité de cet hôtel à la superbe vue. Je recommande cet hôtel. "

"Le personnel était avenant et trés gentil. L'hôtel permet de sortir le soir et être autonome pour revenir. La chambre était propre et agréable. Le petit déjeuner était trés bien servi. "

"Ma réservation était de 39,25€, prix auquel j'ai rajouté par tel la presence d'1 chien (5€) et j'ai pris le petit déjeuner, (6,20€) en ligne, a la borne de l'hôtel, car arrivée a minuit. J'ai du régler 57€! (Et non 50,45€). Le lendemain matin, la receptionniste n'a pu me donner aucune explication ni me rembourser..."

"The Okko Club lounge is the feature that brings us to stay each visit. It's a large lounge with soft drinks, fruit and snacks always available. The Okko is in a great location, next to the Caserne de Bonne shopping centre and walkable to tram stops, old town and station. The rooms are modern but small; the Lounge compensates for the room size."

"Staff were rude. Would not allow my niece in the hotel who was staying in the second room I booked. Told her she had to be staying at the hotel and she said she was but they did not believe her and would not let her in. They were incredibly rude. She gave her room number but the room was under my brothers name and so they would not let her. But the room was for 2 people and it is their fault they did not ask for the name of the second person. She was there when I checked in. Incredibly impolite....

"Good hotel with great staff. Breakfast was good and the room was reasonable, bit worn in places but perfectly ok. Hotel has a lift but then several stairs to negotiate so with skis and bags this was a bit of a pain. Area around the hotel is ok and close to the station, it’s down a side street and about a 5 min walk from the stations so ok with luggage. "
