"Very nice resort but the roof is open in the corner of the bathroom. So, if you would like to not hear the aound of birds chirping i would not recommend, but personally i really liked it. "Extremely Disappointing Experience – Prepaid Booking Not Honored We booked this hotel through Expedia for a three-night stay and were shocked to discover, upon arriving at the hotel in the evening, that the hotel staff claimed they had no record of our booking. When we contacted Expedia, they confirmed that our reservation was confirmed and attempted to resolve the issue directly...

"Wi-fi was not stable. Had some issues with hot water."

"The property manager, Faisal, was extremely helpful with any accommodations needed, and assisted with local foods, transportation, and even hand delivered breakfast to our room himself. Kerala is such a beautiful place, and the people there are all beautiful as well."
