When we contacted Expedia, they confirmed that our reservation was confirmed and attempted to resolve the issue directly...

"The property manager, Faisal, was extremely helpful with any accommodations needed, and assisted with local foods, transportation, and even hand delivered breakfast to our room himself. Kerala is such a beautiful place, and the people there are all beautiful as well."
