"The property was pretty far off from the Kasauli town and the approach road was a narrow winding road full of dirt and potholes. Construction work os also going on. Everytime you decide to visit anybolace, means 30-45 mins of bumpy roads.
The staff is pretty indifferent. Called housekeeping, the phone kept ringing and then ended up picked up at reception and the receptionist asked me to called to call the extension again. Similar experience when calling Inhouse dining. Once an ask for full...
"Hotel was good. Room was downstairs so not much balcony view. Also it is away from city centre. Better to take a hotel which is nearby in case of bad weather or returning hotel at night., feels scary as there were no street lights at road."
