"Extremely disappointed with the staff, and I will never return to this hotel.
I called the front desk on the morning because I had an accident, and needed new bedding
The lady I spoke with was extremely rude, and basically told me sorry, but I was not scheduled for a cleaning. I told her fine, just send it up to my room, and I guess I will take care of it.
Worst part is I had to call down four times because the bedding never showed up. I went to a concert expecting the bedding would be in...

"This property is very dated. I had a junior suite. There was a bedroom door missing, the door where the refrigerator was, was broken, the bathroom sink did not drain, and the room door had an enormous gap from the floor. The carpet in the room was filthy. The refrigerator froze everything and no way to turn it down. Although I was staying three nights, my key card constantly had to be redone. I was there for a conference but will not return if it’s held there."
