"Overall, this is a classic five-star hotel with solid standards. Facilities are comprehensive, most staff are polite and attentive, and the rooms are clean and well maintained. However, we experienced a significant issue during our stay. Guests in the adjacent room frequently kept their door open and were traveling with a young child. There was constant loud talking, door slamming, and noise from the child. As we were staying on an executive floor, this level of disturbance was unexpected and...

"The hotel had a great vibe and excellent staff. The concierge provided wonderful options for shopping, restaurants and excursions. Loved them!! The bathroom in the room was part of the room so no privacy. There was one sink and very little counter space. The room had no drawers. The room had a wall of floor to ceiling windows with a superb view. "
