"We stayed in the traditional studio, and we couldn't be happier with it; it was clean and spacious. Split can be quite costly, so we appreciated that the property had a fully equipped kitchen with all the essential utensils, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, and even a washing machine. The property is conveniently located within walking distance of all major attractions, yet remains very quiet and private. Communication with the owner was excellent, offering numerous helpful recommendations."

"We have just returned from 4 nights staying here, and had a fantastic break. It was important to us to have an outdoor space where we could relax before heading out each day to explore the area. "Great little hotel in Split. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable: a little dated and the bathroom had a faint drainage smell, but that didn't bother us. About 25 mins walk into the old town and 10-20 minutes walk from some lovely beaches; great location as rideshares into town were only around 5 euros. Staff were friendly and very helpful! We liked the Nutella pancakes at breakfast especially. Konoba restaurant a couple of doors down is wonderful too, would recommend. Would absolutely stay...

"Es war alles traumhaft schöne. Sauber, ordentliche, große Terrasse und eine wunderschöne Aussicht. Für Leute die ein leichten schlaf haben und etwas längere schlafen wollen. Nimmt euch am besten oropax mit, denn die Türen sind normale Zimmertüren(dünn). Die Türen werden doch meistens zu geschlagen."

"Had an amazing stay, would thoroughly recommend. It being slightly detached from the town made it a really desirable place to stay in terms of how quiet it was. The little houses were an interesting concept and I really enjoyed mine. The only criticism I’d have is that there is no street lighting or pavement on the main road for the first maybe 200-300 metres, making walking at nighttime slightly disconcerting, but that shouldn’t put you off staying in this wonderful complex."

"The room was excellent. It was incredibly clean, well-maintained and also in a prime location for the old town and beaches nearby. The host was very good with communication and incredibly helpful before and during the stay. Highly recommend if you want a stress-free and relaxing time in Split. "

"Stayed for three days whilst awaiting flight home. The appartment was supprisingly spacious and very well equiped. We were very well looked after by our hostess, Sandra"

"What an amazing property! It’s located directly on a private stretch of beach with beach chairs and umbrellas supplied by the owner. The water is amazing, lots of restaurants and several grocery stores nearby. I will most definitely have to come back for another visit and stay at this location!"

"A very cozy and soulful place inside the palace area, in the heart of it all. We enjoyed our stay from start to finish. Irina (host) was accommodating and friendly. We would definitely come back!"

"Loved having a balcony with beautiful ocean view with close access to beach, and suites are beachside of road. Bus stop nearby and approx 20 minutes to Split depending on traffic. Good kitchenette and comfy bed. Great to have Standup boards, inflatables, umbrellas & plenty of sun lounges on hand. Beach is pebble and not sand beach, so need thongs or sea shoes. Nice walking path along beach and access to restaurants nearby. A coffee machine & toaster would be a nice addition."
