"The hotel is in a Residential area, but is walkable to the main attractions and restaurants. It's a fairly new building so accommodations are nice and very comfortable. The rooms have a small kitchen area in the event that you want to prepare breakfast. Staff at the reception are really nice and helpful. I really recommend this place. "

"Porta Suites are situated a short walk away from the bustle of the town centre with local facilities such as shops and bars literally a couple of minutes away. For transport, buses and taxis are also nearby. The highlight for our five-night stay however was the suite itself which was new (2023), clean, modern and spacious. The balcony with sea view was large, and the hot tub was a great place to watch the sunset from. Reception staff were available, friendly and helpful, with good communication...

"Hotel Emi was lovely, right on the beach just a few kilometres north of Heraklion. The bed was comfy, breakfast really nice. The manager/owner was very helpful. We enjoyed our two night stay."

"Given its proximity to the beachfront one would expect the Kastro apartments to be a lot more expensive yet they remain cheaply priced and fairly well looked after. Much of the bar, restaurant and rooftop terrace are new and the friendly and helpful staff really make it a highly recommended from me. The finishing touch was giving me a place to safely store my valuables so I could go have fun before my flight 5 hours later then even offering me a shower despite having already checked out. "
