Die Unterkunft war perfekt für unsere Gruppe – alles war sauber, gepflegt und genauso, wie wir es uns vorgestellt hatten. "Excellent location next to the sea."

"wir hatten eine super zeit. ein paar dinge gibt es dennoch anzumerken. die klimaanlage kostete 50€ extra, was vorab nicht kommuniziert wurde. nachts war es teilweise ziemlich laut, da am pool auch nach 24 uhr noch barbetrieb war. die küche war sehr minimal ausgestattet. sonst war alles bestens, super zimmerreinigung!"

"Great choice. Clean, cosy apartments. Easy to move around. Seaside just down the road with amazing views. Safe, quite area with shops nearby. Transports available on the main road not far from the main entrance. Many dining options in the area. Nice welcoming people. Highly recommend. "

"We absolutely loved Arcasa. The villa was beautiful, stylish, clean and comfortable. The outside area was private with high quality sun loungers and patio furniture. Everything that you need is in the villa. We arrived late and Michael very kindly left us some food and water to get us through to the next day when shops would be open. Lovely cleaners came everyday to empty bins etc. The town is fabulous, we enjoyed a coffee in the square every morning and fresh bread from one of the bakeries. You...

"The staff was warm, smiley, and courteous. There was an issue with the room, and it was handled quickly and efficiently. The rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel owner was a pleasant person who came to talk with us, gave us tips on where to travel, and asked for our suggestions on how to improve the hospitality. It was definitely an excellent experience in Crete, and we will surely return there next time."

"Best deal & beautiful views from my sea view room"

"Lovely villa and pool, super clean, great location and good instructions for check in. Only slight thing is would prefer a gate from the parking spot to the villa entrance as pool exposed so would have preferred more privacy. Also, needed to be 2 bowls, side plates as only had 1 of each and no wine glasses. A tea towel to dry dishes would be helpful as small sink area and didnt want to use bath towel. Doesnt need much to make absolutely perfect. Would stay again."
