"The room was in the basement with bad smell,no hot water in the bathroom, not clean, no AC as mentioned, and the bellow and the blanket was in the cabinet below the cooker. The only advantage close to the airport."

"The price overall was ok for the property. However, there are few details like the lack of electrical outlet beside the bed, there was one outlet near the TV which by the way if you wanted to see the TV and charge your phone simultaneously it would not be possible!! Hot water was only available for the shower and it was not connected to the sink! The worst thing was the Wi-Fi, you literally needed to stay near the door to get signal! So, if you are ok with all the above then you might like it."

"Overall everything was great, as described. They were accommodating and brought breakfast when we wanted. The only small inconvenience was that the shower heads in both bathrooms were broken. And also the place was chilly as it was all concrete and tile. But everything was excellent, probably if it was summer the concrete and tile wouldn’t have been a problem. "

"Çok dar oda, temizlik maalesef çok kötüydü. Banyoda duşakabin yoktu tuvalete takılmıştı maalesef iyi bir deneyim olmadı. "

"3 günlük konaklamamızda her şey istediğimiz gibiydi. Uzun süre konaklanabilecek ev konforunda bir otel. Personel güler yüzlü ve yardım sever. Fiyat biraz yüksek ancak verilen hizmete göre makul. Trabzon içerisinde konaklanabilecek bu düzeyde başka tesis olduğunu düşünmüyorum."

"Todo muy bien, el hotel en excelentes condiciones, el desayuno muy completo y surtido, la atención del personal muy amable, la alberca increíble, el sauna y el vapor excelentes para relajarse después del trabajo, el gimnasio muy completo y en buenas condiciones. Sin duda Volvería a hospedarme aquí en mi próxima visita para venir hacer negocios en la ciudad. Cuando llegué a la recepción me dijeron que era el primer mexicano qué conocían o que se esperaba en el hotel. Espero que más colegas...
