"Staff members very rude, they’ll mutter under their breath at you if you ask anything of them. We didn’t have a fridge in our room and politely requested one as we were there to run the marathon and needed a fridge.
2 days of asking no fridge each day the new members of staff had no idea about the fridge request. It seems very disjointed no one passes over any info. Have to keep explaining everyday about the same request.
When we did speak to staff behind the counter one man was extremely...

"We had booked a cozy room but I didnt realise it meant you couldn't get out of either side of the bed and had to shuffle to the bottom to get out. I have a heart condition so paid to upgrade. It wouldn't be an issue for most but I think should be clearer so people with health or mobility can decide. The rooms were clean but in the 4 nights we stayed the bins weren't emptied and tea/coffee weren't refilled. However, I have no doubt if asked would immediately have been done as the cleaning staff...

"Enjoyed my 4 nights here.
Beautiful boutique hotel and amazing breakfast.
Wish I had upgraded to larger room as standard rooms are quite cosy.
My only complaint was that gluten free croissants had run out so didn’t get to experience this.
Water was also not complimentary in room which was a shame but you could fill up your water bottle at breakfast."

"L'hotel est localisé dans Pest et à beaucoup d'avantages. Relativement récent, soigné, bien achalandé, avec un petit déjeuner inclus et varié (sucré comme salé, il y a même du pétillant hongrois pour les plus intrépides au réveil). Son emplacement à proximité de bon nombre de lieux à visiter en fait un emplacement de choix. Bien qu'en plein centre ville, la circulation dans la rue est très réduite et le calme règne.
Le personnel est très serviable et plein de conseils (Gregory est tout...

"We had a great stay. Great location near the castle. I had picked this hotel because it had a/c but it was turned off for the season, so we had to sleep with the balcony door open. The room was clean but the carpet needs a cleaning. Other than that, we did enjoy our stay and our welcome bottle of wine amenity."
