"Mom Tri's Villa Royale is indeed a hidden gem. The breakfast is incredible, very versatile. The room was big and beautiful with a view of the bay. The best thing in this hotel is the staff. We felt very special every day - great vacation and will come again! The hotel is not in a busy, happening spot of Phuket but the hotel arranges for transportation and outings. The hotel is right over the water and you can hear the waves."

"We had a great stay! Our room was nice. We had a large terrace and view of the beach, a perfect spot for morning coffee and evening sunset. The beach is a short walk and there are plenty of shops and restaurants to enjoy nearby. We would stay again. Just a warning if you have physical challenges - you do need to climb a small hill from main road and then steps to the rooms. These are no problem if you are used to walking. "

"We stayed at this place and were treated like family. Denis and his beautiful wife will help you any which way they can to ensure you have a wonderful trip and all your needs are met. We stayed in one of the villas, place was clean, quiet and by the end of our trip it felt like home. The location is pretty central and close to everything, walking could be a bit of a challenge due to a busy road and hills so we rented a scooter and got to see so many things during our stay. Would highly recommend...

"Staff extremely friendly, rooms serviced late in the day (after 5.00) no fresh towels, water, coffee after being out in the pool or site seeing. People not obeying hotel rules smoking at pool side and bringing in alcohol (being disorderly) making it uncomfortable. smoking at pool area."

"Lovely hotel, staff and grounds, pool area very relaxing. Location is great for the beach but uphill all the way back so ideally you need to be abled bodied as lots of steps to rooms but hotel offers a shuttle bus 24/7."
