"Gotta be straight with ya . . Perfect location . . smack in the middle of everything. The best deep tissue 90 minute massage in Nepal. , . I had it 2 two times with Ms.Pramila at their in house spa. Over the top great . . The second time was when I came off a 14 day trek to Mount Everest Base Camp . . Ms. Pramila came in on her day off just for me . . Serious!! Ms. Aayusha on the front desk . . Was exceptional in all aspects . . Professional. Positive. Outgoing. Perfect English. Natural...

"This hotel is clean, close to many restaurants, shops and central to all things tourist life but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood area so very quiet at night. The restaurant has good food too. If you want authentic Nepalese cuisine ask for it as normally they tone down the chili for the tourists. Breakfast was good. AC works great too as well as fast WiFi. Staff and Service were exceptional as they kept our bags for a few days when we were trekking tigers. We would stay here again."

"One of the best hotels Ive encountered in over a month of traveling! Very well maintained and a very kind and helpful staff. Up to Western standards for anybody traveling from abroad who have high expectations in terms of cleanliness and enclosed showers that doesnt get the bathroom totally soaked which a huge plus for me. Would highly recommend this hotel to all travelers who seek comfort and hospitality! I had a wonderful stay!"

"スタッフはとても丁寧な接客で安心して過ごすことができました！"

"Great location, very kind staff who work hard to create a charming unique hotel in busy Thamel area. Courtyard is lovely. Breakfast options are delicious. Staff are very helpful and patient. Like the suggestions for walks, restaurants, etc that hotel sent out as well. Highly recommend"

"I am a vegan and they did an excellent job at making me 2 wonder vegan meals even though they were not on the menu."

"Everything about this place is top notch. It’s clean - and I mean clean, clean - , the staff is fantastic, food is great, and the rooms are spacious. Good location, too. We were made feel welcome from the moment we arrived, and they remembered me by name or room number without me having to say anything. Wonderful. Nepal itself is absolutely amazing, too. One of the best trips of our lives. City is super clean; no garbage bags scattered everywhere and no sewage- or garbage-smells. Artisans...

"Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Two staff members (a young woman-who seemed to be a manager at the reception desk and one of the omelette chefs) are great. The young manager remembered me from a previous stay and asked germane questions as to how things were going. The chef remembered me from brief interactions during breakfast and prepare my omelette without asking any questions."

"A quiet oasis on a side street of Thamel"

"A wonderful place for travelers looking for affordable accommodation without compromising on comfort and hospitality. The staff are extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The beds are very comfortable, the bathrooms are clean, and the hot showers are a great bonus after a long day of exploring. They are also very helpful in arranging tours, trekking, and other travel services. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable, friendly, and budget-friendly stay with...

"Our room was clean and serviced each day. The staff were friendly and helpful, particularly at 5.00am when we couldn’t contact tour company for our bus details that day. The breakfast had a large range to choose from. Devine is very convenient to restaurants, bars, shopping etc. we will stay here next time we come. Thank you everyone for your efforts to make our stay memorable."
