"Very clean. Staff were nice and breakfast was good. It was pretty close to drive to the beach for a good nightly price. The room was comfortable and felt worth the price and exceeded expectations. Only issue is the pool wasn’t very deep and it didn’t seem to be maintained well."

Expedia did not make it clear that parking would add $158 to the bill by resort"s parking vendor. "Nice views , nice pool, walk to restaurants and coffee shops"

"Breakfast was very good. Staff very courteous and helpful right down to the gal who kept the coffee brewed. I would like to have had more umbrellas around the pool. Location for beach access was wonderful. Beach area was fantastic."

"Loved our room. Quiet and peaceful! Just what we needed. Property is newer with nice new amenities like fitness room, and front lobby. Very comfortable bed and shade made the room perfectly dark for us to sleep in. 5 minute walk to the beach n. Highly recommend!"

"The property was located in a perfect location in order to walk to the beach. It was also in walking distance to numerous shops to shop in or restaurants to enjoy. The breakfast was great as well. The 2 most disappointing things were the advertisement of the establishment says city view or ocean view when actually the rooms on the backside of the hotel has ocean views and that’s only the 2nd or 3rd floors. "Some of the staff was friendly and helpful but some were rude to my wife and daughter. The food is pretty bad and a lot of things didn’t work: an elevator didn’t work one day, the bathroom door doesn’t lock in one of the public restrooms, our A/C didn’t work, and they left the pool area dirty with food on the ground all day. It’s a beautiful view but poorly run."

"They charged us a $350 fee for “smoking in room” even though we did NOT smoke in our room and specifically asked staff where the designated areas were, and they said “if you are outside it’s ok” so we smoked outside away from anyone else but then they slapped us with that charge to credit card after we left. I’ve NEVER had a hotel do that to us! That’s crazy. I wish I HAD smoked in the room now."
