"No refrigerator, coffee maker, nor microwave. There’s a Starbucks, in the lobby that opens at 6:30. Did not hear neighbors. Partner said the room was small, not too bad. Nice view from 25th floor. Tic Toc restaurant is open 24 hr., good and reasonable. Some nice Art Deco elements. "

"The bartender was one of the most unprofessional individuals I’ve met out of all of the hotels I’ve stayed at. Her name was Bella. She was rude, sarcastic and making comments all because I asked for some mayonnaise. I won’t go into the deals but I wouldn’t recommend paying for a hotel that allows their staff to speak to guests however they want. Very sad considering the hotel itself was pretty nice. But would never stay again. Stay at the Ludlow or NoMo. Anything is worth the extra price then to stay here again"

"Llegamos a las 22 horas, hicimos el checking, nos dieron una habitación con cocina y baño compartido. Había otra habitación más dentro del el espacio. "This is NOT a luxury hotel! Our TV didn’t work, the wallpaper was peeling, the refrigerator didn’t work and the rooms are very cramped. The only redeeming quality was the location and the balcony. Won’t be staying here again."
