"Cleanliness is definitely lacking and it just seems to be run down. There were not as many chairs in the pool area as previous stays, we had to ask for pool towels everytime we went swimming. We have stayed here at least 2or 3 times before without incident. The stairs going to the 2nd floor from the lobby were not cleaned the whole time we were there(3 days) there was an artificial nail in the same spot the whole time. There was mold in our bathroom. Our room was really big which was very nice...
