Our room was and remained spotless , whilst the property is maybe no new , it’s impossible to age as everything was immaculate . Great aircon and decent shower. "This is the second time we’ve stayed at the Rimondi Boutique Hotel and it was as perfect as the first time. The customer service is excellent and Room 7 was excellent as it was spread over two floors with a balcony overlooking the street and additional outside sunbathing area which wasn’t overlooked. Although situated in the old town and very close to the restaurants and shops, you do not get any noise disruption - in fact it’s an ideal place in an ideal position."

"The room was clean and towels and linen changed every other day. The staff were amazing and helpful. We didn’t use the pool area as was up and out every morning. All in all it was a lovely hotel and everwhere for us was within walking distance. Having the supermarket next door was a plus, couple of minutes walk to the beachfront, cafes and bars. "

"This was by far the most unique, amazing hotel we stayed at on the island of Crete. Upon arrival we were given fresh-squeezed lemonade made from their own lemon trees. The staff was so friendly! The building is over 500 years old, and nothing like I've ever seen before. The suite we got was huge, (living room, full kitchen, dining room, and bathroom downstairs and 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs). "We spent three lovely days at the villa up in the mountains. It was full of rustic charm and very peaceful (the only sounds in the evening were goats and birds!) The building has lots of history and has a pool and an en site convenience store which is really useful. The breakfast was incredible! It was served on the balcony of our room.
